Information Security Policy
StateArt Corporation (hereinafter referred to as 'StateArt') is committed to company-wide information security based on the following policy to protect information assets related to all of our organizations and operations from accidents, disasters,crimes, and other threats, and to live up to the trust not only of related parties but also of society.
1. Management's Responsibility
We will strive to improve and enhance information security systematically and continuously under the leadership of management.
2. Establishment of an Internal System
The Company shall establish the management system necessary to maintain and improve information security, and shall define information security measures as official internal rules.
3. Efforts by Employees
Our employees shall acquire the knowledge and skills required for information security, and ensure that they are committed to information security.
4.Compliance with Laws, Regulations, and Contractual Requirements
We shall comply with laws, regulations, norms, and contractual obligations related to information security, and shall meet the expectations of our customers.
5.Response to Violations and Incidents
In the event of a violation of laws, regulations, rules, or contractual obligations related to information security or a security incident, we will take appropriate actions to prevent recurrence of any such incident.
